Set within the Lincoln Corridor of the historic Shepard Hall at The City College of New York, the exhibition invites viewers into a space where artistry and history converge.

Shepard Hall, often called the architectural crown jewel of CCNY, was completed in 1907 and designed by renowned architect George B. Post in the neo-Gothic style. With its soaring arches, intricate stone carvings, and storied halls, Shepard Hall has long stood as a symbol of academic excellence, cultural resilience, and creative innovation.

Hosting the work of Joe Harris within these historic walls creates a powerful dialogue between the past and present — honoring a legacy of vision, storytelling, and enduring artistic impact.
